Any item(s) purchased from www.hillmangear.com that you are not satisfied may be exchanged within 60 days from purchase date including items bought from sales and merchandise received as gifts.
HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which is necessary for your exchange to be processed.
2.Due to possible changes in inventory, exchanges shall be processed as follows:
Step 1 Place a new order for the product you prefer and complete your payment for the new order. You will receive an email confirmation of your new order.
Step 2 As soon as we receive the merchandise to be exchanged, and the return is approved, we will either refund the full amount of the original purchase minus the shipping cost or, at your request, provide a promo code for the refund amount to be used at checkout on a future order.
Because item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your merchandise is received, we highly recommend placing the new order as soon as possible.
3. Prepare and send us your package by observing the terms below:
