Because of the huge assortment of designs, and because of the high demand for our products, we are not able to predict the huge rising demand for each style, size, and color of our products. That is why we offer pre-order which will be shipped by the time listed for the product.
Pre-order is an order which you purchase now, and it will be delivered within a certain time - described individually for each product when hovering over the PRE-ORDER button. Every product placed by pre-order is custom processed in our production and will be delivered to your address in the US.
You will receive pre-order confirmation after your purchase. If your order is mixed with other merchandise, you will get a confirmation email for both the items currently available and the pre-order items.
PRE-ORDER FULFILMENT OF AVAILABLE STOCK
If you notice that sometime after you made your pre-order there is an available inventory of your pre-ordered product, please note that the pre-order is custom made and separately produced and delivered. You will be receiving an email as soon as your pre-order item is on the way.
The delivery of your pre-order within the US will be free of charge if it is part of a mixed order. If you purchase a pre-order item only, the delivery will be charged accordingly and described at checkout.
MIXED ORDER (those from available and pre-order)
If you placed an order which includes both pre-order and available products you will pay delivery only once and the available product will be shipped right away and the pre-ordered product will be shipped separately by time described with the product without additional cost.
PRE-ORDER DELIVERY TIME
The time for delivery of your pre-order is described before you place your pre-order as well in your shopping cart before and after checking out. The described is the time that the product will be available in our warehouse in the US and be shipped but do not include the time for delivery by the carrier.
Sometimes we may be able to deliver your order before the pre-order date, but in other cases, we reserve the rights for additional 7 working days because of delivery delays. In case of a delay, we will keep you informed, and if the delay exceeds the described delivery time plus an additional week, we will keep you informed and would be more than willing to give you a refund.
We cannot hold responsibility for a delivery delay because of earthquakes, strikes, extreme weather conditions or other major circumstances. But we are very responsible for informing the client and if the delivery is predicted to be delayed for more than one month than the described time for delivery, we will produce the product again and will deliver it by the quickest and safest possible way.
PAYMENT OF PRE-ORDER
Your credit card or other payment processing account which you are using for payment will be charged at checkout at its full amount in both cases of mixed order or pre-order only.
CANCELLATION | MODIFICATION
The pre-order cannot be canceled or modified once it is placed. You can try and contact customer service to cancel it, and no guarantees are made.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PRE-ORDER
We are entirely responsible for your pre-order including any loss or damage until it reaches your door.
GIFT CARD FOR PRE-ORDER
If Gift Certificate or Store Credit is used to place an order for a pre-order item, the balance would be deducted at the time the order is placed.
