HOW DO WE REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If a refund is approved we will credit the full purchase price, excluding shipping, in form of the original payment method. If you paid for your order with a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card, the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and then will be refunded to the credit card. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 2-5 days. Or if a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
1.To exchange an item, contact our customer service department at email@example.com by calling 1-305-239-9008 during our regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.
We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which is necessary for your exchange to be processed.
2.Due to possible changes in inventory, exchanges shall be processed as follows:
Step 1 Place a new order for the product you prefer and complete your payment for the new order. You will receive an email confirmation of your new order.
Step 2 As soon as we receive the merchandise to be exchanged, and the return is approved, we will either refund the full amount of the original purchase minus the shipping cost or, at your request, provide a promo code for the refund amount to be used at checkout on a future order.
Because item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your merchandise is received, we highly recommend placing the new order as soon as possible.

LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY
Our products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer or materials defects. The warranty is void in cases of the use of the product in a manner for which the product is not intended.
WHO IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
This warranty is for the original purchaser only. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be verified. Products purchased from third parties are covered by warranty through the the third party.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover any damages or faults caused by improper use such as abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (e.g., fire, flood, moths). It does not cover damage or faults that are not the fault of the manufacturer or a fault in the material. Snags, stains, pilling, discoloration, deterioration, burns, or damage from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Failure to comply with care instructions found on the washing label voids the warranty.
Items purchased from the outlet are not covered by warranty. Consequential and incidental damages or damages proved to be intentional are not recoverable under this warranty.
Every Hillman Gear, LLC. product is built to last longer than any competitive product under circumstances of normal use. Though we use the most durable and highest quality materials, they are not indestructible. Thorns, sharp rocks, stiff limbs, and mechanical actions or objects may cut, tear or otherwise damage the fabric or connecting stitches.
If your product has been damaged by any of the above non-covered reasons, let us know, and if it can be repaired, we may advise you on how to proceed further.
HOW HILLMAN GEAR, LLC. WILL PROCEED
If the item proves to be defective in workmanship, we will attempt to repair the item. If we are unable to repair it, we will replace it with a new item of similar composition and price. If no such item is available, a refund for the full purchase price of the original item will be issued at Hillman Gear, LLC.’s discretion.
DAMAGES LIMITATION AND INDIRECT WARRANTIES
At its discretion, Hillman Gear, LLC. will repair, replace or refund the product under the conditions of its Lifetime Warranty. Hillman Gear, LLC. is not liable for any damages or loss or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty or condition on this product. Any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty except to the extent prohibited by law.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact Hillman Gear, LLC.’s customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with "Warranty Application" in the subject line and the following information in the body:
1. Style name, color and size of product
2. Proof of purchase/original purchase receipt indicating when and where item was purchased
3. Brief description of the issue
4. Several photos of the damaged area and intact inside care labels
5. Contact name, phone number, and U.S. address
