RETURN & REFUND POLICY
365 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Any item(s) purchased from https://hillmangear.com/ that you are not satisfied with, may be returned within 365 days from the original date of purchase, including items bought during sales and merchandise received as gifts.
RETURN/REFUND CONDITIONS
- Hillman will offer a refund only when the correct return procedure is followed and our terms and conditions are met.
- The order number must be provided and the refund will be issued only to the payment method used for placing the order.
- The items must be unused, unworn, free from dirt, dust, hair or any fragrance, and in unaltered, ready-to-sell condition with all original tags attached and packed in its original packaging.
- All returns must include an RMA number provided by our customer service department. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Hillman is not liable for loss or damage occurred during transportation of return merchandise.
- Hillman reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with our exchange conditions.
- Hillman reserves the right to reject a return and shall not give a refund for items that are not returned according to the return conditions indicated below.
- Hillman will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s) except the costs for shipping and insurance.
- We will not process returned good, purchased from third-party merchants. (In such cases, contact the third-party merchant whom you made the purchase from, and process the return according to their return policy.)
- All shipping and insurance fees for international returns are at the cost of the client.
- Shipping and insurance fees are not eligible for refund.
- The amount of refund will be automatically refunded to the initial account used for placing the order. Shipping costs, banking costs, and duty/customs taxes will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

2. Once you contact us, we will provide you with a statement and further information for your request.
3. Prepare the package as follows and send it to the address indicated below:
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Insure your package (recommended)

HOW DO WE PROCESS A REFUND?
Upon receiving your return, a notification email will be sent to you shortly. After conducting a proper inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If a refund is approved we will credit the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, to the original method of payment. If you paid for your order with a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card, the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and the rest will be refunded back to your credit card. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 5 - 7 business days.
You also have the option of requesting a store credit. In such case, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Any item(s) purchased from https://hillmangear.com/ that you are not satisfied with, may be exchanged within 365 days from its purchase date, including items bought from sales and merchandise received as gifts.
RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
HILLMAN will only exchange a product if the correct exchange procedure is followed and is covered by the terms and conditions below:
- Order number must be indicated.
- Product must be unused, unworn, free from dirt, dust, hair or any fragrance. It must be in ready-to-sell, intact condition, containing all original tags and packed in its original packing.

Products have to be returned in the same packaging in which they were received. They must not be repacked in bags, cartons, or boxes that increase the volume of the package. Otherwise, the customer must pay all transport costs charged for the excessive volume parcel.
- Hillman is not liable in case of loss or damage during transportation of merchandise, while being returned for exchange.
- Hillman reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time.
- Hillman reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with our exchange conditions.
- Hillman reserves the right to reject the exchange and to refuse providing compensation or refund for products that are returned for exchange and do not comply with the exchange conditions.

When there is an order error of more than 1 (one) size, we consider that the correct field was inadvertently not selected. The customer has not compared their measurements with the product descriptions listed on the website. In this case, the return and replacement of the product are at the customer's expense, regardless of the order value.
- In case dry cleaning is necessary, you will be charged $30 for the service. This amount will be deducted from the refund or voucher value.
- In case of the product being discontinued, we will provide store credit to your account.
- Hillman is not liable to guarantee stock of any items subject to exchange.
- Products purchased from third-party merchants are not accepted for exchange (In such case, please contact the merchant from which you purchased the product and process the exchange according to their exchange policy).
- Shipping and insurance fees are not subject to refund.
- In case of a return or exchange, the client pays for all shipping costs related to returning or exchanging the items.
- All international return for exchange shipping fees are at the cost of the client, however, in such cases, you will receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like to exchange.
- We limit exchanges to only one time per order.
- Exchanges will typically ship within 1-2 business days after your return is processed.
- Returns received Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday the latest.
- For any international orders that received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will provide you with a statement and further information regarding your exchange request.
Due to possible changes in inventory, exchanges shall be processed as follows:
Step 1. Place a new order of the products of your choosing and complete your payment. You will then receive a confirmation email indicating the purchase.
Step 2. As soon as we receive the merchandise for exchange and your return has been approved, we will either refund the full amount of the original purchase minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee or, at your request, provide you with a promo code for the amount of the refund to be applied at checkout on your next order.
Because items availability cannot be guaranteed at the time when your merchandise is received, we highly recommend placing the new order as soon as possible.
WARRANTY POLICY
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturer or materials defects. The warranty is void in cases of the use of the product in a manner for which the product is not intended.
WHO IS COVERED BY THE WARRANT?
This warranty is for the original purchaser only. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be verified. Products purchased from third parties are covered by warranty through the third party.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER?
The warranty does not cover any damages or faults caused by improper use such as abuse, misuse, accidents or an act of nature (e.g., fire, flood, moths). It does not cover damage or faults that are not manufacturer’s or material’s fault. Snags, stains, pilling, discoloration, deterioration, burns and holes or damages from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Failure to comply with care instructions found on the washing label voids the warranty.
Every Hillman product is built to last longer than any competitive product under circumstances of normal use. Though we use the most durable and highest quality materials, they are not indestructible. Thorns, sharp rocks, stiff limbs, and mechanical actions or objects may cut, tear or otherwise damage the fabric or connecting stitches.
If your product has been damaged by any of the above non-covered reasons, let us know. If the damage is repairable, we may advise you on how to proceed further.
HOW WILL WE PROCEED?
If the item proves to be defective in workmanship, we will attempt to repair it. If we are unable to do so, we will replace it with a new item of a similar composition and price. If no such item is available, a refund for the full purchase price of the original item will be issued at Hillman’s discretion.
DAMAGES LIMITATION AND INDIRECT WARRANTIES
At its discretion, Hillman will repair, replace or refund the product under the conditions of its 2-year Warranty. Hillman is not liable for any damages, loss or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty conditions on this product. Any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty except to the extent prohibited by law.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Contact Hillman customer service department by email at cs@hillmanhunting.com, using "Warranty Application" as your subject line and the following information in the body:
1. Item’s name, color and size
2. Proof of purchase/original purchase receipt indicating when and where the transaction was made.
3. A brief description of the issue
4. Several photos of the damaged area
5. Intact care labels attached
6. Contact name, phone number, and your address

ASSESSMENT

Please clean the product before sending for a return. Products that are not clean will not be accepted.
If your buckle is broken or if your laces have snapped, get in touch with us and provide us with a clear description of the accessory needed.
