Shipping policy

Hillman uses flat shipping rates to keep the process simple for our customers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery details.

Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or missing phone numbers. If the courier cannot reach you and the package is returned, shipping costs in both directions will be your responsibility.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the following business day.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected (Standard or Express). Deliveries are made only on business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time. While rare, delays can sometimes occur. If your package is delayed, please contact us so we can assist in locating your shipment.

PACKAGING ISSUES

If your package arrives torn, soaked, burned, punctured, taped, or in otherwise unacceptable condition, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If you accept the package, open it right away to inspect the contents.

If any items are missing, contact us by email (and phone if possible) within 48 hours of receipt. After that time, we cannot accept claims for missing items.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

CARRIER DELAYS

Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx). Hillman is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier. For questions about delivery delays, please contact the carrier directly.
