Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturer or materials defects. The warranty is void in cases of the use of the product in a manner for which the product is not intended.
WHO IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
This warranty is for the original purchaser only. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be verified. Products purchased from third parties are covered by warranty through the third party.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover any damages or faults caused by improper use such as abuse, misuse, accidents or an act of nature (e.g., fire, flood, moths). It does not cover damage or faults that are not manufacturer’s or material’s fault. Snags, stains, pilling, discoloration, deterioration, burns and holes or damages from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty, including:
Failure to comply with care instructions found on the washing label voids the warranty.
Items purchased from the outlet are not covered by warranty. Consequential and incidental damages or damages proved to be intentional are not recoverable under this warranty.
Every Hillman product is built to last longer than any competitive product under circumstances of normal use. Though we use the most durable and highest quality materials, they are not indestructible. Thorns, sharp rocks, stiff limbs, and mechanical actions or objects may cut, tear or otherwise damage the fabric or connecting stitches.
If your product has been damaged by any of the above non-covered reasons, let us know. If the damage is repairable, we may advise you on how to proceed further.
HOW WILL WE PROCEED?
If the item proves to be defective in workmanship, we will attempt to repair it. If we are unable to do so, we will replace it with a new item of a similar composition and price. If no such item is available, a refund for the full purchase price of the original item will be issued at Hillman’s discretion.
DAMAGES LIMITATION AND INDIRECT WARRANTIES
At its discretion, Hillman will repair, replace or refund the product under the conditions of its 2-year Warranty. Hillman is not liable for any damages, loss or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty conditions on this product. Any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty except to the extent prohibited by law.
Due to the specific and complex manner of use, as well as found abuse and carelessness in the use and maintenance of clothing and footwear, the factory waterproof warranty is valid for up to six months from the date of receipt of the product. We consider this to be sufficient time for testing the product and becoming convinced of its qualities. Any waterproofing problem occurring after this period would be due to misuse, improper care or wear and tear of the product. The warranty is valid only in cases of manufacturing defect and will not be upheld in the event of misuse, improper maintenance or excessive wear. The warranty can only be established after the product has been received back and inspected by our specialist. In case of defects found due to carelessness, excessive use and wear or improper maintenance, the customer shall pay all logistics and shipping costs in all directions according to official documents (invoices or bills) provided by us. If the customer is unwilling to bear these costs, Hillman does not engage in the return of the product and it is subject to the product being destroyed within ten days of the customer's refusal.
If the product cannot be repaired and a replacement is required, it may only be replaced once, as it is believed that due to the very low rate of factory defects on our products, the need for multiple replacements is due to fraudulent or improper use or care of the product.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact Hillman customer service department by email: at email@example.com, using "Warranty Application" as your subject line and the following information in the body:
1. Item’s name, color and size
2. Proof of purchase/original purchase receipt indicating when and where the transaction was made.
3. A brief description of the issue
4. Several photos of the damaged area
5. Intact care labels attached
6. Contact name, phone number, and your address

We will assess your application and respond to our finding within 2 to 3 business days. We will include specific information regarding warranty options, turnaround time and/or additional instructions.
Please clean the product before sending for a return. Products that are not clean will not be accepted.
