Any item purchased from www.hillmangear.com may be returned within 365 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, including items purchased on sale and merchandise received as gifts.


RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Refunds are issued only when the correct return procedure is followed and all terms are met.

  • An order number is required. Refunds are credited only to the original payment method used.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, free from dirt, dust, hair, or fragrance, and in original, sellable condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our customer service team. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Hillman Gear, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned through those retailers, according to their policies.

  • Products purchased from outlet or clearance sales are not eligible for refund.

  • Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. All shipping and insurance costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

    We will provide you with an RMA number to initiate your return.

  2. Download the return form here:

  3. Complete the return form and include it inside the package.

  4. Verify that your product meets all return/refund conditions.

  5. Ship the item to the address provided on the return form.

    • Returns from outside the EU must be shipped using the same courier that delivered your order.

    • If a different courier is used, the customer is responsible for prepaid duties and taxes.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your return is received, we will email you a confirmation.

  • After inspection, you will be notified if your return is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • If you paid with both a gift certificate and credit card, the refund will be applied to the gift certificate first, then to the credit card.

    • Refunds to credit cards typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.

  • You may also request store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued as a promo code by email and can be applied at checkout on your next order.

Note: Refunds exclude shipping costs, banking fees, and any applicable duties/customs taxes, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
